What Helps When You Keep Getting Stuck on ALEKS Questions?

I sometimes understand the basic idea in ALEKS but get stuck when the questions become a little different. I started searching for aleks Class Helpers because I wanted to learn how other students work through questions they cannot solve right away. I am trying to review my mistakes instead of skipping them. What do you do when you keep getting the same type of ALEKS question wrong?
